Pizza with a side of roaches??? My fiancé and I ordered a couple drinks, a large stuffed-crust cheese pizza and an order of... their cheese bread yesterday night. The food gets delivered and I promptly run downstairs, bring the boxes into the kitchen andopen up the cheese bread. Much to my (disgusted) surprise three LIVE COCKROACHES ARE CRAWLING AROUND IN MY CHEESE BREAD. Iscreamed so loud I swear I woke the neighbors. We call customer service and they keep us on hold for a while before telling usto call the store. We call the store twice, and they don?t pick up since they?re closed. A little after 1pm today we call again,and an employee tells us he?ll call us back later. No one called. We call again just now and their employee asks us why wedidn?t call yesterday after we repeatedly tell him we did, and then accuses us of lying. He puts us on hold to ?get the manager?but instead he hangs up on us! Luckily, we called higher ups and they refunded us properly after reviewing our evidence. Icould care less about 20 bucks. This was about the bugs in our food and the disrespectful staff. Please. Avoid this place atall costs if you like you food sanitary and your honesty respected. Stay safe guys. Read more
I ordered a pizza from this place and when it arrive I couldn't even recognize that it was a pizza, I tried calling the store... but they hung up on me twice I had to drive to the store to return the pizza for a refund And this is a picture of the pizza, Nogood customer service He didn't even try to make it right He just offered a refund and that was it. What the actual...really...I had this place in February.... excellent food..mind u I don't like pizza n I'm very easy on food... places because I've worked in food...maybe was a bad day but...after getting told 15 to 25 min waiting for 40 min. Papa John's is right down the street from me, so it's super convenient to walk down to get my pizza without spending money for... gas or delivery charges. They have some of the best pizza around as well as a $5 large one topping on the 28th of every month.This is my favorite pizza spot. Read more
2.5 miles from my house to the "restaurant" and an hour later I finally get my cold pizza. The sauce has solidified, the crust... is tough and the to the point it's inedible. 45 minutes into the wait, I called and spoke to "Michelle" who begged me to takethe pizza and give it a chance. I did so after the driver arrived and dropped the pizza off. After discovering the state of thepizza and sauce I called back and spoke with Michelle once again. I've ordered twice here and both times they canceled my order. Their hours of operation show they're opened til 1245. Both times... I've ordered prior to 12. I work over nights so sucks when I order They confirm and give a delivery time. Then 30 mins latercancel ????. The first time I ordered at midnight so I gave another try and 2nd time ordered at 1145.
