30 minute wait for iced coffee and a bagel is beyond irritating. Short staffed no hot food store manager wants to mess with the... WIFI instead of waiting on customers. The worst Dunkin ever!!! I went through the drive thru and the girl answered with Hold on, not welcome to Dunkin one moment or... any other decent greeting. I should have drove off, but I wanted a coffee. When she finally took my order. I clearly told herwhat I wanted. " A large French vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar". What I got was coffee with French vanilla at thebottom of cup, NO cream or sugar! I told her I wanted the cream and sugar, so she took my cup back waited a minute or so andhanded it back to me without adding what I wanted. This girl had a tattoo of a money bag on her neck, if you want to know whodid not do their job correctly or at all. Total waste of my money and time. This Dunkin SUCKS and really needs to train theiremployees better or hire new employees. Read more
