30 minute wait for iced coffee and a bagel is beyond irritating. Short staffed no hot food store manager wants to mess with the... WIFI instead of waiting on customers. I understand being short staffed but long wait times are a constant struggle. The storemanager should have been helping the only employee instead of messing with the internet. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a frozen Carmel coffee and this store never makes it the way your supposed to. I... asked her how many coffee pumps did you put in this she said 3 and the recipe calls for 2 I asked her to remake it and she stillmade it the same exact way. I couldn?t get a refund because the manager wasn?t available. I won?t be coming to this one everagain I would rather Drive to st Joseph. The employee lacks customer and should not be scheduled alone since she don?t know howto make coffees. This isn?t a special coffee it?s literally on the menu. My husband and I were traveling from Overland Park, KS to Nebraska and stopped at this location. I have to say this is the most... Clean Store I have ever seen! That says a lot because I have been to several Dunkin Donuts. It was like I was walking into acommercial set everything was well lit, the donuts case was full and the service was Superb! The store Manger and his staffshould be very proud of themselves. Kansas City metro better step it up because your Store is Amazing. Read more
The worst Dunkin ever!!! I went through the drive thru and the girl answered with Hold on, not welcome to Dunkin one moment or... any other decent greeting. I should have drove off, but I wanted a coffee. When she finally took my order. I clearly told herwhat I wanted. " A large French vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar". What I got was coffee with French vanilla at thebottom of cup, NO cream or sugar! I told her I wanted the cream and sugar, so she took my cup back waited a minute or so andhanded it back to me without adding what I wanted. This girl had a tattoo of a money bag on her neck, if you want to know whodid not do their job correctly or at all. Total waste of my money and time. This Dunkin SUCKS and really needs to train theiremployees better or hire new employees. Read more
