We stopped at Hanks corner grille as we were passing through on our way to help restore power after the hurricane in Florida. We... were just looking for a quick bite to eat after a long day of driving from Wisconsin. We walked into a very friendly welcomingestablishment. It was trivia night and the place was packed. We had a great conversation with the owners son and a few othersbehind the bar. Two guys ordered a pizza that looked amazing. I had the BBQ pork which was very tasty and the last guy had thewings. I actually tried one of the wings and let me tell u they were the tastiest, juiciest wings I?ve every had. As we allfinished up we asked for our bill and the owners son told us our meals were on the house. We said u don?t need to do that, butthey insisted. He said his parents appreciated us driving to Florida to help out. It?s too bad I can only give 5 stars becausethis place deserves 10! Thanks again to Hanks. Wow, what an awesome surprise, my wife Pam pulled us in here after exploring the lakes and waterfalls in the area, seated at... 5:30p on a Fri, very busy, staff was over the top but short staffed, didn?t matter, our server played guard for Bryan CollegeWomen?s team, slam dunk on service. This is a true gem. They graciously accommodated our family including a baby and three large dogs on the patio. Food and drinks... were excellent. Service was outstanding. Stacy is the best! Try the wings and pizza and of course the margarita. Read more
Decided to try a local place. 2 pizzas - undercooked, Chicken tenders - flavorless, Chicken wings - underwhelming, Grilled... shrimp - delicious, Fries - tasted old, soggy, undercooked, Fries bologna sandwich - the saving grace of the meal, The shrimpand bologna are why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Seeing everyone's reviews makes me question whether our experience was just anoff night. Read more
A great restaurant in a small town! Food is made fresh to order and the servers are super friendly. Stacy was our waitress and... she was knowledgeable and helpful. We stopped here for dinner on a Friday night. They were busy, but she was great! I got thebacon cheddar burger and my wife go the fried bologna sandwich and they were both excellent! If you like homemade fries, this isthe place to go. The fries were fresh cut and tasted great! They also have regular, crispy fries if that?s what you?re lookingfor. They have pulled pork, but ran out by the time we got there. This may not be a regular thing, but if you want a pulled porksandwich, you may need to get there for lunch. We didn?t try the steaks, but some people around us did and it looked great! Ifyou are in the area looking for a down-home diner with great food, make this place your stop! Read more

Cold beer, good bartender and mixed drinks. It?s a nice local bar, where everyone is made to feel welcome. Margarita flight ok,... but I?ll be back for the blackberry margarita. Ribeye was really good. Wish I ordered the fries, the loaded potato was sad???? Fresh oysters on Saturday, really good, they definitely do a great job. Pre-order ahead, or be lucky that they have someextra, like they did that day for us. Read more
