This Dairy Queen was substandard to say the least. It smelled bad and the whole restaurant was dirty. Even the employees... looked bad as they did not have uniforms and several people came in and went behind the counters and helped themselves to items. I?ve been in the food industry for over 20 years. 5 of those years were at a Dairy Queen in Franklin, and this particular Dairy... Queen in Trafalgar is by far the worst one I?ve ever been to. What I ordered was correct but food quality was terrible and theowner/manager was rude and persisted to argue with me about it. The hot dog was ok but the fries tasted like they had beensitting for an hour. I went back in and showed him. All he did was throw them away and gave me more old fries insisting theywere fresh which they weren?t. I had to almost demand new fries and all they did was put the old fries back in the fryer andreheat them. The employees were also not practicing food safe procedures and would likely fail a board of health inspectionshould they have one. Personally, the Indian owner/operator of this location should be fired and someone who cares about thebusiness and people should replace him. I ordered a cheeseburger to go. When i opened it at home it had a bite out of it. I called the owner had he said he would... replace it. I drove 4 miles to go get another one and showed the owner the burger. He told me that in the future I need to checkmy food before I leave. That anyone could take a bite and ask for a new burger. I asked him why would i drive here from my homefor one extra bite of the burger. He told me not to come back that they would not do such a thing. I showed him the burger. Theowner was rude and showed no respect to me the customer. I will never eat there again. Read more
One of the best oreo blizzards I've had in the past decade. Texture was great, chunks rather than crumbs. Hit the spot.
All of our ice cream was the consistency of milk. We ordered blizzards. They are supposed to hand blizzards to you upside down.... I'm sure glad he didn't hand them to us upside down because they would have dumped all over us. He should have closed the storeuntil the machine was operating properly. He never apologized or offered a refund. He forgot one of our items and acted like itwas a hassle to fix the order. Ice cream was literally running down the sides of the cups and he handed it to us anyway. What anowner. Read more
If I could give a 0 star I would.. we ordered 5 blizzards and they looked like a milkshake when we got them. When we asked the... owner about this his response was that?s how they are made, he spoke very little English and had horrible customer service,after arguing for 5 min with him he told us they are going to keep melting as long as we set there and shut the drive throughwindow on us..no one would even eat them so I just threw away $24 I will never be back there.
