Went for breakfast today at like 1030 this morning. Waited like 20 mins for 2 mc griddles and hash browns. The pancake buns... where frozen made the food disgusting. Don?t eat here go to castlegar worth the drive. Now i see why so many people complainabout it on kootenay rant and rave. Read more

Repeated order twice, and then repeated it back. Screwed up order bad. Didn't check the bags till first rest 8 kh our of town at... first rest area. Ice cream missing , a large fries, he other fries we got were cold and a filet fish not there either. Noreceipt in bag so nothing i coukd do. I did phone and person they that i finally talked to was not having it at all. Acted likei was scamming her. 0 stars if there was a spot for it. Will never see me there or any of the family members that were with me.I know its a fast food restaurant, but they do have standards. No do diligence here. I come here daily for large iced coffee for years now. The girl handed me a medium. I told her "excuse me, I'm pretty sure this... is a medium, and I ordered a large" the whole time I'm being perfectly pleasant. She replies with "no it's not. This is alarge." I tell her I've been coming here for years and have gotten a large every single day, and i asked if they changed theirsizes. She SNAPS at me and said "NO I promise you that is a large." And turns around and completely ignores me. I flagged downanother employee since the other girl is ignoring me and asked if they changed their sizes and what size my drink was, and hesaid medium! He then told the original girl to fix it and make sure she's giving the right sizes. She then almost literallythrows the correct sized drink at me and leaves without saying a word. That employee seriously needs to learn how to treat notjust customers, but people in general, as she was also snippy with the other employee who asked her to fix it. Read more

My food was terrible. The filet o fish was old and crusty on the edges. I didn't have time to go back and ask for a new one. ... The employees all seemed nice, and they were doing a good job keeping the restrooms and dining room clean. Read more
