The sandwich artist didn't remove their plastic gloves before making my order. She was using same gloves for all orders. People... like me who are Vegetarians fear the risk of cross contamination due to same gloves being used for every order. Read more

Filthy. They touched the disgusting cash register without changing gloves and proceeded to put our sandwiches together. When I... spoke up to ask for them to change gloves they blatantly ignored me. Fresh ingredients and freshly baked breads. Cookie smells yummy when coming out from oven. Giant sub for party order.
I had a sandwich on a gluten-free bun tonight. Turkey-bacon club, toasted with veggies, sounds good, tasted alright, had a... funny cake like texture. The big disappointment was the $1.50 extra charge for the gf bun. I've seen some of the ads, no mentionof an extra fee. At the restaurant, there was no signage, what the heck? That much money for a bun that wasn't that great, NO,I won't be eating it. Read more
I am shocked and disappointed. This was my sons sandwich from the kids meal. You can clearly see he bit around some of the ham.... It was sloppily made. This was 1 of 4 sandwiches I got today. Mine personally was the worst. I got a footlong subway club. Thelady tried to give me 1 small piece of roast beef that was.... I kid you not.... maybe 2 inches in length, directly in themiddle. I never got the extra cheese, or the parmesean I requested but I got charged for it and charged for the "extra beef".After having the staff person watch me intently instead of what she was doing, I noticed that she had also made mine sloppy too.Nothing was even on there. Had I not noticed, I would have had a half a sub with no lettuce. On top of all, she didnt hear halfof what I was saying so I had to repeat myself, serveral times. The staff person seemed cold and shut off, maybe having a badday? But regardless, it was far from welcoming. I will not return to the trail location. Sorry subway but you've lost your touchand I really think you need to step up your game and have some proper management happen. Read more
