Under new management... I gave them several chances. No donuts or timbits at 3pm, no total given at the drive through - here... just pay. Staff rushes you through with no greeting or thanks. My dad loves tim hortons but we refuse to go here anymore.Service is abysmal. Read more
Ordered a regular coffee?when I opened it later it has cream and sugar. I only drink black coffee. You drive away and can?t go... back to have it fixed! Not impressed, plus the order started with one person then switched because she didn?t know how torespond to a special no dairy request. Which had was requested because of a babies dairy allergies for breast feeding. Andneeded to be requested again with emphasis. Read more
At first I didn't think much about the "Under new management" sign out front but after picking up some breakfast in a pinch I... was very impressed by just how much has changed for the better. Staff is friendly, food is prepared more evenly, drive thruspeakers are louder. The over all experience was improved. Keep up the good work Read more

Waited 15 minutes for a bagel with butter, and when it was finally ready the man on sandwich station only said ?here? in a rude... tone and didn?t even acknowledge me otherwise. The restaurant is constantly filthy, and when it isn?t busy the workers stillchoose to blatantly ignore customers at the counter and just carry conversations with their coworkers. The management and ownersdo nothing when you complain, and are just as bad when it comes to customer service. I?m not even sure how this location isstill open. Food and coffee were just fine, but cleanliness of restaurant was very sub par. Every table was covered in crumbs and debris,... had not been wiped down between clients. The washroom was totally disgusting, had not been cleaned for an extended period. Iwould not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
