Food as always was excellent, the line was long although moving pretty quick, the servers were definitely doing their job.

Food always comes out tasting good.. just some people need to pay attention to what is actually ordered that way they make less... errors when preparing someone's food and also some of the employees specifically ones Taking orders through the drive throughcould use more training on their customer service skills... but all in all good location Read more
The employee working the drive thru was VERY rude. My husband and I were nice and my husband politely asked for a pack of mayo,... the employee talked over him telling him to have a nice day, he asked her again, (still politely) thinking she didn't hear him.She then raised her voice and spoke in a hostile manner, telling us to leave. We drove off, confused as to why we were treatedlike that when we weren't rude only to find out we were given the wrong food. Now being given the wrong food happens and itisn't a big deal, but after the way we were treated it became more of a problem. We probably won't be back and I will beadvising my family to do the same. The men?s restroom floor was soaked (hopefully with just water but probably not). The toilet had urine or rusty water all over... it. The floor had green stuff near the toilet and the floor looked like it was fallen in. My wife said there was a couple ofroaches in the women?s bathroom. The cashier was super nice though and the food was normal as all other Bo?s. So rating isstrictly based on cleanliness. Read more
This location has had struggles since covid, with getting employees. I visit here often, this mornings team 7/22 were amazing!... This is the staff you need to compensate well and keep. While awaiting a dark biscuit I witnessed at least 20 cars go throughdrive thru. They were definitely taking care of their customers this morning! Read more
Well the cashier didn't know what she was doing. The guy that was doing the food gave away my order to people in front of me.... When the cashier notice she yelled across the room bring back the food all of it is not yours. Now the people were alreadysitting and eating. I told her NO. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME FOOD THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS TOUCHED. The order was remade, butwith unprofessional behavior. DHEC NEEDS TO VISIT. Read more
