Decided to dine in, which was a mistake. Three boys were standing there but it took forever for one of them to wait on us. We... had a coupon, which he failed to deduct. There was no ice in the machine in the dining area and one boy was told to fill it buthe refused. Plus all the healthy options have been removed from the menu. Read more
I made a mobile order February 9th. They overcharged me by $12, but my original receipt on my phone was correct. Mid day that... receipt disappeared and a receipt showing one withdrawal that was different than the withdrawal according to my bank statementon line. It took me "two" full months to get refunded. So I'm currently driving for door dash. I went last night to pick up an order around 11pm. It took nearly 10 minutes just for... someone to come to the window. Then the employee was very short and rude while I was nicely confirming the items were indeed inthe bag for my delivery. Tonight I was sent again to pick up a delivery for door dash, again around 11pm only to find out whenI got there they closed early at 10. Why then, did you allow someone to purchase a large order from your store? What a dumpsterfire. Read more
