I literally waited in line for 50 minutes sat at the speaker for 20 mins and had to literally say hello to get someone to take... my order and there were three cars ahead of me it wasn?t like the line was wrapped around the building I get to the window andthey are out of traditional wings, so I got boneless and still had to move up to the curb so then I was there another ten. Zaxby's is by far one of my most favorite places to eat, they always have good food every time I come here. I come here on the... daily, and I have really noticed a change, the employees and the service is just not there anymore. The employees do not taketheir jobs seriously, and they just keep people waiting for a long time just for a simple order, they are almost never to busy,so there isn't any excuse for not filling a order. Not impressed, to start with iv been coming here for awhile and it?s a great place for teens to hangout and grab a bite to eat... fine, but the problem is the new ?manager? from my understanding is awful. Her customer service is not where it should be atworking in this field. Along with the way she speaks to the employees within clear ear shot of the customer , for example themost recent visit apparently there was something wrong with the coke freestyle machine in the lobby while I was ordering at thefront she and another employee went to go look at the machine and after not fixing the problem she basically commanded theemployee to wipe down everything in the front, this along with many other Encounters iv had with manger have really made mewonder how the workers are being treated. 11/16/2022 - I ordered 3 plates and all 3 had hair and gnats in them. I called and spoke with Chloe (Asst Mgr) and asked for a... refund. He gave me a very hard time about the refund and didn?t even apologize about this. This store is run by teenagers whohas no customer service skills. Stay away!!!! I had 3 items on my order. They gave me Zax sauce instead of honey mustard.Ordered 2 salads. Both had wilted lettuce, the wrong dressing was given to me and the wrong meat was on each salad. This restaurant is kept very clean and the employees work their tails off to keep the drive-through line flowing quickly. The... tables inside are spotless and the drink area is kept clean. I don?t live near a Zaxby?s or have one anywhere close to me so Iasked an employee named Zed what I should get. She listened to my preferences and recommended something and she was spot on.She was smiling and patient and welcoming and very accommodating. No customer service. There was no one at the register. Waited for ever for my food. I only ordered 1 meal. There was 3 people... waiting on there online orders. They'd obviously been waiting a while and continued to wait another 15 mins after I got there.Once I got my food, I was given the wrong sauce (no big deal) except I had to wait another 3 mins for someone to change it outfor me.
