It was very obvious to me from the time I made the reservation that the staff at Alliance are very committed to excellence. ... Then there is the food which is second to none. The fried chicken is amazing, our vegan was identified and catered tothroughout. We are from Melbourne, the foodie capital of Australia and Alliance is right up there with the best of them.
