We ended up sitting at the bar. Thankfully we were seated right away at the bar. As we should have made reservations since the... wait time for a couple of two was close to an hour. We had Taj as our bartender and he was great at recommendations for dinneras well as the drinks. The bar was super busy but we never felt like he forgot about it. A great time tonight. Short rib special for me and side salad with the crab cakes for her. Deserts were a peach cobbler with... blue berries and raspberry creme brule. Stacey gave us great recommendations on wine with wonderful service Another great nightat Amical. We had wonderful service from Amanda. I started with tomato soup, followed by pork shank finished with a chocolatetort with peanut butter and whipped cream. She enjoyed a great bakes chicken and an apple crisp. Mandy was our waitress and she was so awesome and friendly. She helped us order everything we needed and kept tabs on us... throughout the evening. Every appetizer and entree was delicious. We especially loved the crab cake appetizer and salmon dip. Read more
My husband and I recently enjoyed dinner on the patio this week. I had the whitefish, and he had the duck. Both meals were... nicely presented, filling, and delicious! Staff was attentive and kept our waters filled frequently on the hot day. We will goagain on our next trip to TC! Read more

Went there on a snowy night for the cookbook dinner series featuring Mister Jiu's in Chinatown. We tried sourdough green onion... pancake, prawn toast, pork and winter melon soup, sizzling fish, steak fried rice and coffee crunch cake. Overall, I would sayit is Asian food presented with a distinctly western flair in fine dining with a toned down Asian flavor profile. These are notthe dishes you would find in the traditional Chinese restaurants, except maybe in Mister Jiu's. Read more
Nice place for a fine dining experience. The service was a bit underwhelming, as we were rushed to place orders, yet the food... was slow to come out. Overall though, it was a good experience. Food was delicious and cooked exactly as stated, and the portionsizes were spot on. I would definitely come back in the future. Read more
