My husband got a burger that was overly dripping with grease but he said it was "ok". My fish sandwich was a huge... disappointment. One small piece of fish on a very big bun. The fish smelled and tasted super strong. It was a weird grey color,and not white a flakey like it should be. The texture was rubbery and hard like it had been left in the fryer way too long. Ourwaitress was AMAZING and asked if there was something else they could make me instead. I declined. She removed the fish sandwichfrom our bill, which was very kind and unexpected. While paying our bill at the counter i couldnt help but notice one of thecooks shoving food in his mouth while preparing food. This visit to Big Boy was a huge turn off and although the waitress wasgreat, the food and kitchen staff was rather disgusting. Not anything like we remember Big Boy in the past. Read more
Man I grew up on Big Boys in greater Cincinnati N Kentucky but my first experience with this restaurant was off the rails I had... the black and blue burger and I've had some great burgers and this was in my top 4 burgers. We don't have Big Boys where we're from and decided to try it. My mom loved Bobs Big Boy when she was a kid and she was vety... disappointed in her meal. Waitress was nice, but busy as almost every place is short staffed. The food was almost cold by thetime it was delivered to our table. We ended up requesting a fresh batch of onion rings. We were expecting the best meal of oflives here but it could have been better. Read more

After going to Chili's and having a horrible experience with the manager about seating I had decided to leave because the... situation became futile and was no longer repairable my friend and I left and went driving around looking for a place to eat wecame across a big boy good old big boy we were we were seated and asked what we would like to drink we ordered our drinks andreceive them then we ordered our food my friend ordered a breakfast then I ordered chicken parmesan my friend's order was madeand mine was not the waitress asked me if I wanted to wait longer that the cooks did not drop the food I said yes I still wouldlike to eat my food was served it had big black burnt Globs of crud on it three of them I asked her why this was on my plate shesaid I'm sorry that is gross would you like a new dinner I said no I will remove them and and eat the meal It was a disappointedthat these burnt globes got past the cooks and the wait staff my salad was very good apple cider vinaigrette was very good andour waitress was very nice the cook did a lousy job Read more
Big Boy used to be a weekly breakfast tradition until this year, the food takes too long and the food just never seems right. I... once had bacon that tasted as if it has gone bad and we have had fish that was bad. The staff is good but the rest isn't. Wehaven't been back in about four months. Read more
The service was great. The food was terrible. I came in on a Saturday for some breakfast. I got ?The Classic?. They forgot the... onions in my eggs, the bacon crumbled to pieces in my hand, the sausage was room temperature and tough as jerky. And the toastwas burnt. Won?t be coming back but I do want to say my server did a fantastic job. Read more
