It doesn't matter which biggby we have went to we love them the staff is amazing even when crazy busy, the coffee is yummy as... well as other beverages, and goodies. I got a flavored red bull. My go to drink, and honestly I have not been able to find one and I have made a decent effort to look... in and around Grayling. I come through the drive thru on mornings I work in the office. I always pay with a card and leave a couple dollars tip. Today... when I got to the window, instead of taking my card, the person at the window was emptying and playing around with the tipcontainer. I already waiting a long time for only 2 cars in front of me. When she did take my card, she asked for a tip on thecard. I've never been ASKED for a tip before. I find it SO tacky.
