Took 1 hour to get our order in. Food was ok, but the service was real slow. It was clear that management prioritized ... carryout orders over customers dining in. I dont blame the waiting staff at all, but poor management on servicing the diningfolks. Can hear our waitress in the back saying other staff members were taking her plates and giving to their own customers ortake-out orders. There was over 10 ppl running the front carryouts while the wait staff suffered with no help. There weretables left uncleaned with tips on them still. Read more
Food was good and waitress also but disappointed when I was checked out. I wanted to buy pumpkin and banana bread. The price on... the package said $3.99 on both. The sign said $4.99. All the packages said $3.99. The cashier refused to give me the price onpackages. She would not honor or get a manager. Poor advertising and disappointed. Make sure your prices are marked correctlyand honor the price shown. Read more
The ONLY good thing about this place was the waitress! She would make a killing at a nice breakfast shop in town instead of... having to deal with sloppy cooks having to serve undercooked food! Turkey links were almost white, gravy barely present inbiscuits and gravy, pancake were mushy not fluffy... Thanks to (our waitress) Heather for noticing our unhappiness, go find anice place with cooks who care about the food they present and you'll be alot happier. Read more
Place was horrible... They took our order and brought out the food. one plate wasn't even what we had originally ordered. The... other plate had undercooked, almost raw chicken on it. After asking for the manager and waiting 15 minutes we finally were ableto have the issue addressed. He replied "alright" and walked away. Nothing else said. He came 5-10 minutes later and told us thefood we didn't eat was comped and asked if we'd like to pay for anything else. I'd recommend finding somewhere else. Everything was so delicious! Great chef and super frendly service! Best strawberry french toast I've ever had. I also got the... hog plate every thing was cooked perfectly! Bill was appropriately priced. Definitely recommend! Read more
Food was decent, as expected. But the service was terrible. It took a long time for me to be greeted even though an employee... was standing there. When they went to seat me, they walked around in circles looking at dirty tables for a while. They halfwaywiped one down and seated me. I ordered and used the bathroom, which was pretty gross. My soup was there when I got back. Mywaitress never came back. I waited for a while after finishing my meal, but eventually went to the cashier and told her I wantedmy bill. My waitress was standing behind the counter chatting with all the other waitresses and said nothing to me. Read more
Terrible food, the hashbrowns were undercooked even though I ordered them well done. They only had franks hot sauce, ????. Eggs... were ok but not great. Steak was edible but forgettable. Got the banana nut bread it was the worst I've ever had, soggy and notcooked through. Service was decent with order taken quickly and food arrived timely. Might give it another shot but verydisappointed in an establishment so we'll known for great breakfast food. Read more
Created an account with all my information added to it then I placed an order on their website for delivery. Even paid a $15... tip. I ordered a family thanksgiving dinner to be delivered at 5pm tonight. Total for food came to $63 and some change, totalafter taxes, tips, delivery was $90. Well 5pm came and went so I called Bob evans and was first told that the delivery driverdid not show and food has been sitting there. My first question was why didn?t I get a call. My second was why does it not sayin their website that they use a delivery service. When I completed my order I was made to believe an employee from bob evanswas delivering our food. I received no answers. Then the phone was given to my husband and he spoke to management. Managementtold him I didn?t select delivery when ordering and she would not reimburse us. I am outraged with the way they handled us andthis situation. To have management get on the phone and lie knowing damn well that our order was to be delivered. Not even anapology after over an hour of waiting for our family thanksgiving dinner to be delivered and for not contacting me about it.Hope they enjoyed eating our dinner. Read more
