Love their pizza...however they never answer when we call to order so we never can get any.
Terrible service. We ordered over the phone and the employee gave us such a hard time even though we ordered a simple cheese... pizza. We arrive and we're told to wait on the side without even a question of how they can help us. They serve two other groupsthat come in and we haven't even been helped yet. Finally we have to step in before they serve another group and tell them thename on our order. The pizza had been ready and sitting there the whole time we were waiting! We won't be returning. Best Place in town for pizza. A little pricey at times but It is totally worth your money. It is the best pizza I can ever have.... It is way better then little caesars and overpriced Cicero's and Papa johns. It's 1000 times better than BC pizza. If you wantPizza come here! Great pizza, not the best customer service, Ive had several experiences similar to a lot of the comments on here. (Staff arguing... with you or having an attitude, being out on hold for over 30 mins.) It doesn?t matter how busy or stressed you are, being rudewith the customer is just plain unacceptable. I?ve given crusted a few changes and I?m always friendly hoping it?ll bedifferent! It makes me super sad because I do like their pizza , and their prices are reasonable, but I can?t buy from hereanymore because I don?t like how I get treated on the phone. It's pretty much a carryout place which is fine. Turkey Sub was pretty good and fairly priced. Will likely return.
