Some of the best burgers on the planet! They have gluten-free buns and they're great because they serve you the gluten-free bun... in a separate individually wrapped package to keep it gluten free. Before it was gluten free I absolutely adored their cheesecurds. So very good! Read more

We arrived after the lunch rush but this facility was still busy as Cherry Festival was kicking off and it is Traverse City in... the summer. We received great service at the order counter and found a nicely cleaned corner booth in the car corner of therestaurant. Within 5 minutes our food was delivered and everything that should be was HOT! The Cadillac of fast food had comethrough again. Our orders were correct and delicious. Read more
Counter service was not existent. Had to argue about whether or not I ordered a basket which I did. When I got my food on two... trays mind you. Because I didn't get a basket but I got my order because I had to order fries and a drink on the side. Myburgers were cold, crispy around the edges, no life left in them to speak of. And the Buns we're just fine. For last week! Thebread was breaking on the top and bottom of the bun. Overall I'd have to say if I wasn't so hungry I'd have taken them backmyself. I told myself right then and there if I ever get another burger like this from this outfit it'll be the last Burger I'llever buy there.. Read more
Used to be great. My last 2 visits have made me never want to go back. Went last week through drive thru. They put all meals,... including kids meal, into one bag. When I got home I opened the bag and there was cheese sauce all over everything. I shouldhave checked it before I left, especially when the girl came out with 3 customers orders hugged to her chest. I was in a hurry, but come on now. I was also missing part of my order. Must not have been able to fit it into that one bag, smh. I called andtalked to management and she seemed to want to push a gift certificate or voucher of some sort on me but my daughter's food wasruined and this was dinner. Asked to come get replacements and the rest of my food. Came up and got it. I was giving them abreak on that one. They are always busy and people make mistakes. Today though when I got home and looked at my pretzel bites(pictured) I decided that I was done going here for now. Burnt and hard as a rock. And the sizes? Someone actually packaged thatup and decided that this was the quality of food that was acceptable to give to a customer. Pretty sure, but not 100%, that thiswas a Manager who packaged my food. Managers carry the keys right? Anyways, just disappointed all around. I gave 2 stars inhopes that things will come around. Paying higher wages apparently doesn't bring in quality employees. Seems like they're justlooking for bodies to fill the rolls at this point. I know y'all are better than this. Read more

Took mom for coconut shrimp and we had cod...it was seafood night. They just have good food!!!
