I really wanted to enjoy my experience here more. The food was good in my opinion, and the shake to go was really great. I... couldn't get over how off-put I was by the state of the bathrooms. The men's restroom more closely resembles a downtown barbathroom that has seem constant abuse. The bathroom was also serving as a storage area for paint and other chemicals. Completewith a rubber mat covering some type of plumbing hole in the floor. The state of the bathroom really made me question how cleanthe kitchen and food items are. Read more
Great place! Not a franchise, friendly staff, and great food! I had chili dogs; the dogs were from Koegel with a good snap to... the skin and the chili sauce was perfect. No sloppy, wet mess running off the bun. Absolutely go here if you are near. Or evenif you aren't. Read more
Super yummy! Lots of options on the menu, we had lunch here. Good conveys, good fries (especially the sweet potato) and the boss... lady sandwich. I want to come back for their breakfast because it looked soooo good! Read more
Went in there around noon on saturday. They were absolutely slammed and I almost left because I was in a hurry, but the server... made me feel welcomed (something that is unusual when a restaurant is that busy and everyone is overwhelmed), she took my orderimmediately and I was fed and out the door within 20 minutes. A certain chain restaurant on the other side of town had half asmany customers when I tried to go in there first and they had a 45 minute wait going on. This place is overrated. By the time we received our food, it was cold. I received pancake with no butter. The hash brown was... very oily. The service was bad, nobody came to check on us, the one time she did I asked for water with no ice, that never came. Read more
Amazing vibe and place. I got the cinnamon Roll French Toast which was great. I also got the stuffed biscuits and gravy. I love... biscuits and gravy so I didn't know you could stuff it. The only downside it the menu says the biscuits are fresh so I askedher to make sure since I've been looking for fresh biscuits and she said no. Not a huge issue and I won't take a star off sincethe biscuits are pretty good. The reason I am looking for fresh biscuits is because I love them the most for breakfast food andI've been craving a simple sausage and jelly biscuit sandwich so I did that with their biscuits and sausage. It's pretty goodbut not as good as a McDonald's one haha but again I won't take a star off for that since this isn't why I came here. J&S Hamburg South Airport is absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and the owners are super stars. Everything I?ve ate... from here is delicious and the service is always on point!
