Went in and paid for my order, ?wasn?t ready? yet after 25min, so I sat down and waited. Waited another 10min in store before... asking the young blonde girl (who was constantly checking her phone, taking pictures of herself) and turns out the order wasalready sitting in the Hotbox, and she forgot my name on the order. Called them for an hour, no answer. Drove up there, they were completely dead, no tickets, all literally sitting around doing... nothing. Then admitted to taking the phone off the hook. Bc they were busy, yet EVERYONE in there was just sitting around. ????and I literally called one last time in the parking lot while I watched them sit there through the window Read more

This review is for the Jet's on Beitner Rd but since I've already left a review for that location (1 star) and I had yet another... bad experience, I wanted to add another. Ordered a veggie pizza (18.99) and got home and had received a meat lovers. Called andtalked to Joe (presumably the manager) and he said he can credit my account 10 dollars. I explained I won't eat a meat lover'spizza but he didn't care. I live 25 miles away and told him I'm not bringing it back, but he insisted he needs the actual pizzaback to give a refund. So, tomorrow I'll bring him the pizza back. Unbelievably terrible service, and unlike last time, I willnot be back. Read more
Every time I order from there I say never again. Gives the jets great pizza a bad name at this location. I keep giving them... chances because of Corona and hiring issues but time and time again they keep disappointing. $28 with delivery for a 4 cornerpizza and last time it was 45 minutes LATE after being told it would take an hour. 1:45 to bring me a cold disgusting pizza thatwas undercooked. ** UPDATE; 24, February, 2022; No longer a loyal or regular customer. Spinach as well as many other key toppings, etc. were... removed from menu. Pizza quality went down also. Oh well, it was great whilst it lasted. Time to find a new pizza place. ****UPDATE - THIS PLACE IS REALLY GREAT!! I was really craving a, chicken parm.sub. I have been a fan of, Jet's pizza for years & order rather regularly from this location, so I placed an order for theaforementioned sub. Everything is always great -- up until now. I ordered extra & additional ingredients & also inquired ifthe sub would be toasted. I was not only assured that it would be toasted, the person on the phone asked if I would care forthe, mushrooms & onions be cooked, i said yes. I received a room temperature sub, meat was not really even warm,( sorry guys ..I really do enjoy your food.... ), mush / onions raw, ( canned mushrooms are disgusting. )). cheese not really even melted. Isthere even sauce on here!!?? I do not see it or taste it. Sub roll not toasted. So, I will never order a sub from you guysagain. -- I did not even finish it. I am going to take it apart and use the filling I sitting here, shaking my head. I amleft really disappointed, unsatisfied & wasted money. Lesson learned. A chicken parmesan sub should be made; a chicken breastsliced, layered with sauce & cheese with more sauce/cheese on top, than left open faced and set to toast/broil. This was justpizza toppings loosely put on a sub roll with a very small, ( and I mean SMALL ) amount of pizza sauce. Stop it. You knowbetter. Read more
