Jet's is my favourite Pizza place in TC. I love the crispy, deep-dish crust and there are always plenty of toppings.
I got serious stomach pains for 3 days after 4 slices. Been there a dozen times and NEVER a problem. Last week. Not good!!

I?m not one to regularly leave reviews, but the subpar service I just received tonight at this establishment was unacceptable.... Allow me to elaborate: At 5:30, I texted an order in to this store as a pickup, but decided to call in immediately and changeit to a delivery. After speaking with a male employee on the phone, he assured me the order was now a delivery and confirmed myaddress and name. Great, sounds good? 7:30 rolls around, still no pizza at my house. A call to the store confirms that theorder had never actually been changed to a delivery; it had been sitting in their store for over an hour as a pickup order. Mythree kids, all under the age of 6, were all hungry and ended up eating some old leftovers. I immediately drove up to thestore and communicated this to a female manager, who was very unapologetic and didn?t sympathize in the slightest. I orderedagain and was shockingly charged full price, no offer of a discount whatsoever. I?m finished with this place. Do what you say,guys. Maybe you?ll keep more customers that way. Read more
Folks never have disappointed. They're deliveries are always on time and they are very communicative. Even through all of the... staffing issues that small business owners face right now, it's always done very well and we've never had even the closest thingto a disappointment. Just wanted to drop five stars for these guys because I know they are short staffed and always comethrough. Oh, and the pizza is amazing, too. :) Read more
We ordered bread sticks and when we got them home, we discovered they were raw in the middle. Jet's confirmed that a new... employee put them into the conveyor oven too far so they didn't cook as long as they should have. They wouldn't give us a refundand all they would offer is a $5 credit on our next order. The bread sticks cost $8.99. This apparently, is "store policy". This is by FAR the best pizza in Traverse!!! We are in town working and haven?t been as happy with our pizzas as we are today! I... got the Aloha Chicken personal and I couldn?t stop eating it! Definitely a must have if ur in the area!!! Keep up the great workguys!!! Read more
Best crust!! The employees were friendly and laughing. Service was super fast and the surroundings were very clean.
