A drive through shoyld not take 20 mins for a simple breakfast order.
Been in the McDonald's drive-thru for 20 minutes now. At some point, they need to stop blaming it on lack of workers and start... considering thier own incompetence and lack of training. Managers should assume positions of employees in rushes. The kud at thefirst window has no hustle, slower than a sloth. Restaurants, closing down your dining rooms is not the answer. Poor Uber experience. Drove 5 miles to get here for nothing. Server was down. Should be compensated but Uber doesn?t like paying... their drivers. Read more
They were busy, but the whole staff was polite and got our order out to us quickly and hot!
The cashier guy was nice, but you could hear management belittling the staff loud from the dining room. Update 9 21 22 Worst... McDonald's ever. I understand being short staffed. Food is fine, service is on the slower side, but comparable to other area fast food
First time using kiosk at this location, fairly slow process, but will get better with time. The server was very helpful with... the kiosk, completely unaware that it will eventually replace her. This McDonald's was smaller and the tables were mostlydirty. The food was typical which is what you'd expect from any McDonald's, messy, slapped together, but exactly as you'dexpect. We only eat McDonald's once or twice a year, so it was it's normal heartburn inducing menu. We chose to eat there sothat is completely on us. It was nice to have friendly service, even using the kiosk. No surprises as this location. Due tothe lunch rush and the kiosk requiring food to be brought to our table it did take longer than normal, but we were still in andout under 40 minutes. Read more
