I have eaten at plenty of Panera Bread locations, and this is by far the worst. Rapid pick up is an absolute joke. Kitchen was... fully staffed and still my order took more than 20 minutes longer than it's scheduled time. I placed an online order for curbside pickup. I ordered the family pack flat bread pizzas and salads. I ended up going inside... and waiting in line for almost 20 minutes because there were customers parked in the curbside spots who were eating inside therestaurant. There was only one cashier and a long line of people waiting to be served. I only had 30 minutes for my lunch breakand used most of it waiting. By the time I got my food, it was cold. This was lunch for everyone at my work and was verydisappointed to find the salads looked as if they had been sitting around for a few days. Very disappointed in Panera. Came here for lunch after the 'rush' time. Not a lot in the cases but thats to be expected. I really liked the pick 2 option... with their soups, salads and sandwiches.
