The whole Pizza Hut franchise has gone to hell can no longer get salad bar at most of them. The other night we call that 5:00... p.m. to ask if the dining room would be open and the salad bar would be open they said yes on both got there at quarter to 7:00only to be refused service because they were understaffed and had to close down the dining room at 7:00 manager was willing toserve us after I called later but I thought to myself if she was so concerned about it she would have served me then never goback again they lost a customer forever Read more
Ordered pizza delivery on Sunday evening at 8:58pm. Received my large pizza , 2 personal pan pizza?s, breadsticks, and DID NOT... receive a 2liter bottle of pop . Driver said he would go back and get it but never showed up. Attempted to contact Pizza Hut8times and was hung up on . On this particular night, my partner and I went in together. It was not crazy busy at that point, but you could tell that it had... just been incredibly busy... there were only 3 employees working the entire restaurant and they were hustling! Great place andgreat people at this particular location. They really did everything they could to take care of everyone. We tipped them prettyheavily for this reason. Should probably be one star, but I'm feeling generous. In town visiting and was excited to see a dine-in Pizza Hut (in our area... they're mostly take out only) which was one of my favorite spots in childhood. Dining room was empty except for one othertable. Two steps into the door we were met with rudeness yet, against our better judgenent, we decided to stay. Unfortunatelythe customer service did not improve. Yet another waitress was unwelcoming and rude, arguing with us about what we ordered andessentially belittled my husband for not knowing all the different types of crust. At this point the taste of the pizza isirrelevant, the poor experience with the staff would sour anyone's meal here. Happy we don't ever have to return! Read more
We called ordering a bacon stuff crust pizza with 2 things of garlic cheese bread (total of 8 garlic breads).When my mother... arrived to picked it up and bring it home for me and my siblings we noticed something. The pizza was not bacon but beef my momat first thought maybe they didn't make the pizza right. So we checked the receipt only to find it said beef when wespecifically asked for bacon. I also was going to use the receipt to say what has happened and how they did, like I usual do butI noticed the code was not on the receipt. The only reason I'm putting a star down is because the only thing enjoyable was thecheese garlic bread. Read more

It wasn't too long ago that Pizza Hut had fabulous traditional wings. My visit today proved otherwise. Time to prepare,... temperature and taste were all spot on. Service and cleanliness were also great. But the mere lack of size on meat on 6 wingswere truly disappointing. I pointed this out to my very pleasant server and was told that this is what they now receive fromtheir supplier. Needless to say, I won't be visiting any longer and will seek out an establishment that knows (or can) finddecent sized wings.
