Thoroughly impressive! Don?t miss this place. This restaurant is on par with the best pasta places in major U.S. cities. If you... like pastas from Eataly, don?t miss this spot. Same quality but 1/2 the price too. Home made pastas and sauces, impressive! Wetried 3 pasta dishes (forgot the photo of the shell pasta) and all were superb. We chatted with the owner and learned that shelived in Italy for 20years. No wonder. Authentic quality like this always has a connection to the original source. If you thinkpastas are the only things served here, you?ll be thrilled to know that the sandwiches are incredible too. The brisket sandwichhad flavorful melting brisket with nice aioli. What can I say, everything was fresh and clean tasting- clean as in wholesomefresh food and with a lot of flavor. You can see the open kitchen. Salt level was perfect. Pasta texture was spot on. I need to come here every time I go to Traverse City. The sandwiches are some of the best I have ever had. The ciabatta bread is... always exactly how I like it, soft and chewy on the inside with a perfect crust. The flavors are great, excellent meat, and highquality accompaniments. My favorite sandwiches are the brisket sandwich and the turkey sandwich. My wife loves the pasta here.It is made fresh with delicious sauces. Stopped here for a quick bite to eat after a long day of traveling from out of state. Very welcoming environment and friendly... service. A lovely little Italian deli. I got some gnocchi in a sauce with spinach and tomatoes, delicious. Paired it with a local root... beer.
