Service was excellent. The perch was great, as was the cold slaw. The cherry bread pudding was enough for four people and very... good. The espresso crusted ribeye was also very good; however, the garlic mashed were served ice cold. They tasted very good butfell short of expectations for a restaurant like this. Read more

I couldn?t have chosen a better dining experience for our second anniversary. Our waitress was amazing from start to finish and... the food was incredible. I can hardly put it into words. I got the Lake Huron Yellow Perch & my love got the Pappardelle Fruitde Mer. Also photod is the chocolate dessert that I was surprised with- equally delicious. We will be back next year! Read more

Dined here on a Sunday so it was a bit slower with only three other tables in the restaurant. The service seems sort of slow but... not due to my server, who was friendly and proficient. I ordered the crab dip which was very good but, very large so I asked forit to be boxed up. I also ordered the bolognese on the menu which is the reason for the stars. Menu description stated that itcame with steak, which surprised me as a bolognese is generally meat simmered in sauce . Dish came in a large bowl with steakstrips on top that are were difficult to manage on a heap of slippery pasta. Menu description also stated the sauce was of Sanmarzano tomato?s, while that might be the case the sauce was bland and just really only tasted of? plain tomato. All in all notreally bolognese. While the steak was cooked well it was not seasoned well. The long wait time and lackluster main dish left mefeeling quite underwhelmed. Read more

Had an amazing breakfast. The fries were the best part!!! Wish I tasted the peanut butter in the peanut butter jelly pancakes... but they were fine and super light! Read more

We had exceptional food and service our first time visiting Reflect Bistro. Our server Diahn was extremely personable and... knowledgeable about all of the menu offerings. The grapefruit honey shrimp and whitefish pate were tasty starters, and thelobster bisque was decadent and had an impressive amount of lobster. Our favorite dish, the blackened yellowfin tuna, camehighly recommended and did not disappoint! Wonderful flavors, perfectly cooked, and left us wanting more! The maple & fig salmonwas also well prepared and flavorful. Front of house manager Nick Vasquez stopped by our table and is very personable and keepsthings running smoothly. Generous servings, superb service, and delicious food?we?ll be back! You won?t have room for dessert, but I highly encourage a carrot cake to-go :) Read more

This is an unsuspecting place since it's in the Cambria hotel but that does not take away from the exquisite meals they prepare.... Ordered a shrimp appetizer and Apple Beat salad which was as delicious as it was beautifully presented. Same for the tenderloinlollipops and salmon. Our server was attentive and helpful when it came to questions about the menu. Courses/meals came outperfectly timed. This will be a regular stop when in TC. Read more
