Ordered my latte without whip but they put it on anyways. When I asked about it the barista just took it back, took off the lid... and just scooped it out. Put new lid back on but could still taste the whip. Not super classy. Read more
Used to really like Starbucks. Finding that the 2 different locations don't use? Same products or can't duplicate their own... drinks. 1 day its ok next its awful. At 1 location I've returned the hazelnut drink as its rancid only to be told a "new worker"messed it up. Then next one was ok then back yo efong again. Is enough I've changed to a better coffee shop. I'm not really a fan of Starbucks in general, because they use too much milk and not enough espresso in their lattes, so I... always have to order extra shots, but this is a convenient location when you're grocery shopping. They seem to do a decent jobwhenever I get coffee there. Which is only about 3-5 times a year. Read more
