They charged me more money for a medium drink than the large drink. When I asked if I could then just get the large with less... milk in they said no then they would have to charge me more for less ice and less milk. They are literally putting less in mycup and telling me it costs more. Unfriendly and unhelpful. If this is the way Starbucks operates I have other options. Or maybeit?s just targets Starbucks. Don?t know why someone would put egg bites in a bag that?s open on both ends, with one end wrapped in napkins, not tell the... customer, and of course egg bites were lost in the car. Ordered extra whip and caramel crunch on my Frappuccino and got neither,didn?t even get ANY caramel crunch. Read more
Nice staff and great location; however, understandably due to staffing issues most likely, the wait times can be somewhat long.... However, there is always the Starbucks in Target right near by as well for another option if there's a long line at thislocation. Read more
Great on most days. How ever the other day they gave me my drink in a hot drink insted of iced and the cashier had the worst... attitude, and shut the door in my face. I have not been back to that location since. I am no Karen, I just dont support therelocation any more. A $5 drink is no reason to miss treat customers especially when we wait 20 min every day for that coffee.Just saying. Read more
Worst Customer Service have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Very unfriendly unhelpful atmosphere to the point of being rude and... annoyed we were there. We watched the next group come in and they were treated same way they stood at counter for a while with ateam of 6+ behind the counter no one bothered to look up and greet. They just stood there at the counter waiting for someone tofinally acknowledge they were there. Read more
