Workers are engaged in a side conversation, very little attention to the customer. Skimpy, cheating customers on portions, not... sure if they are trained and instructed to cheat customers on portions and give them sandwichs with less proteins portions. ButI witnessed the sandwich "scam" artist cheat me and then next 2 customers out of FULL portions of protein in our sandwich tosave the store on products. We'll NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE ! Go anywhere else. Extremely slow service. Took a half an hour to get two sandwiches. The workers constantly... stop what they?re doing to have full conversations with other ppl in line. Neither knew how to work the microwave so we had towait for them to figure that out. They also only had one type of bread and didn?t tell us until we got up to the front. Theyboth kept forgetting what they were doing. They also kept reaching over other ppls sandwiches to grab veggies which you guessedit eventually one of they?re sleeves/arms touched someone?s sandwich and they never addressed it. I saw the worker notice whatshe did and she said nothing. Probably a health code violation idk. Eventually we got our sandwiches and she waited until allthe other ppls orders were done before checking me out. She blamed it on her coworker because shes 14. That is exactly what shesaid to me. Tbh she did look very young. Idk the laws in Traverse city but I don?t think you can work at 14. Then when shereached to give me my change I noticed she had a ?Murica? tattoo on her arm which made so much sense considering the terribleservice. They both also forgot how to use the register at one point. In general the place was dirty to just to add a cherry onthis trash place. DO NOT GO HERE. There are other locations.
