Veggies were the freshest I'd ever seen at a subway and the sandwich was awesome. I'd never leave a review for a fast food place... but the manager made sure the store was clean, orders got out quick and the food was good which is rare. Read more

Workers are engaged in a side conversation, very little attention to the customer. Skimpy, cheating customers on portions, not... sure if they are trained and instructed to cheat customers on portions and give them sandwichs with less proteins portions. ButI witnessed the sandwich "scam" artist cheat me and then next 2 customers out of FULL portions of protein in our sandwich tosave the store on products. We'll NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE ! Go anywhere else. Extremely slow service. Took a half an hour to get two sandwiches. The workers constantly... stop what they?re doing to have full conversations with other ppl in line. Neither knew how to work the microwave so we had towait for them to figure that out. They also only had one type of bread and didn?t tell us until we got up to the front. Theyboth kept forgetting what they were doing. They also kept reaching over other ppls sandwiches to grab veggies which you guessedit eventually one of they?re sleeves/arms touched someone?s sandwich and they never addressed it. I saw the worker notice whatshe did and she said nothing. Probably a health code violation idk. Eventually we got our sandwiches and she waited until allthe other ppls orders were done before checking me out. She blamed it on her coworker because shes 14. That is exactly what shesaid to me. Tbh she did look very young. Idk the laws in Traverse city but I don?t think you can work at 14. Then when shereached to give me my change I noticed she had a ?Murica? tattoo on her arm which made so much sense considering the terribleservice. They both also forgot how to use the register at one point. In general the place was dirty to just to add a cherry onthis trash place. DO NOT GO HERE. There are other locations. Was told my online order which took an hour longer than it was supposed to (app said it was ready 20 minutes before I got there)... was not priority because tipping customers are more important. Sorry that I tip in cash, after you perform the service ????That's how it's supposed to work anyway. Why would I tip you when I don't know what service I'll be recieving (glad I didn'tnow) . Also you get paid an actual wage unlike true service industry professionals. Talk about greed, so sad.... will never beback. Spoke with management, they did nothing, had no real answers. Guess I'll get my subs from Marcos or Mancinos. A hundredtimes better anyways. They also know people will tip cash so they don't push orders back for that reason. And at least theyaren't raising their prices and giving less product like Subways have been doing. Just close already. Or fix your app. Ehh stillwouldn't come back, nevermind. Read more

Stopped in at this location on a whim last week and had a great experience with the manager Jazz. She has truly whipped that... place into shape and it shows. So rare to see a person taking pride in these fields of work with the current climate of theworld. She was honest about the struggles that store is facing, but it was so obvious that she is doing all she can to make itbetter. The subs were great and made quick. And the place would super tidy. The staff at this location are always wonderful.They definitley deserve a raise Subway!! Read more
