really good indian food, one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat around TC. Limited selection since it's already ready... to eat/buffet style, but everything they have they make well. (I've lived in the UK and metro Detroit nave have eaten Indianfood most of my life). Ignore the 1 star reviews and go check this place out yourself. Read more

This is definitely not Indian. I am not sure how they can name after ?taste if India?. It?s definitely fake and NOT authentic.... Please be advised that all food is sweet irrespective of whatever dish you order. Don?t get fooled and waste your money withnice food pictures or other five star reviews. Read more

Had to try something different, and wow we were amazed, Golam was amazing and he recommended the buttered chicken plus a few of... the other meats there to try as well, my super picky son loved it so much that we decided to get a second helping, just wow! TheSamoosa is best chicken combo very delicious! Thanks again for keeping the authenticity I've had a few Indian cuisines and theseguys know what they are doing! 10 stars ???? Read more

ZERO STAR! Absolutely the worst Indian food I?ve ever had in my life. I?m very fortunate enough to live in an area that has a... very high Indian population; so I?ve had some of the best / most authentic Indian food in the whole state. This place is anabsolute joke. For one they don?t follow their posted hours on their website or Google. Both their website and Google show theyopen at 11 AM, but they actually open at 11:30 AM. The staff here is also very unfriendly and lacks zero customer serviceskills. The food was extremely bland and did not taste anything at all like authentic Indian food whatsoever. Honestly the foodat this location is one step above frozen Indian food that you can buy at the grocery store. Absolutely taste nothing likeauthentic Indian food at all. Highly recommend not trying this place. Very sad because this place can have so much potentialbeing one of the only Indian food restaurants in town. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely terrible. We ended upthrowing away the food after eating barely half of it. Read more

Honestly, this place is the best. The owners care so much about their customers, quality of food, and truly want you to have a... magical experience. I've been to many Indian restaurants in my day, but I will always come back to this one because the qualityand service is unmatched. I would go here every day if I could, expanding my waist line and emptying my pockets. This sounds abit excessive for a Mall, food court, restaurant but it truly is out of this world. Peace and love to you, Taste Of India. Read more

Absolutely adore Taste of India! Delicious, devine, sinfully good! I have been back several times now and haven't had a single... bad thing. So flavorful, and great portion sizes. I'm not a vegetarian, but the food here is SO good that I find myself ordering mostly vegetarian options because it just tastes so amazing. I actually met the owner on my first visit there, and he is justsuch a great guy. And you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his food and business. So happy this restaurant has found a homein Traverse City. Read more
