I have had a chance to do some traveling in my life at my age of now 36. To be able to din at some good restaurants from the... east and west coast. None so far have been better then Middle Ground Grill in St. Pete Florida. The decor, hospitality,atmosphere, team work and waitress Alicia were awesome 5?. This restaurant came highly recommended by the locals and it did not disappoint. Upon arriving, we were greeted by fabulous... smells. We arrived as the restaurant opened and were seated quickly. We were presented with a Happy Hour dining amazing menuthat featured slightly lower prices with smaller portions. Although accompanied by delicious appetizers and a salad, it was morethan enough! Ever single dish we ordered tasted wonderful. No details for every item on our plates was ignored and the flavorsexquisite! Great food, great service! My family is in the restaurant business so I?m no stranger to good food. I just happen to have a soy... allergy and that in itself is really limiting. The staff was super helpful in making sure everything was safe. They don?t Fryin soy oil and serve pure olive oil with their herb mix for dipping the yummy warm bread. Can?t say enough good things aboutthe quality of ingredients, flavor and preparation of our food. Cooked perfect and served hot. My husband and I ate here 3nights of our vacation. We ate at several other places in St Pete Beach area (unimpressed) and kept coming back. Favorite mealwas the Sea Bass, but the aged steaks are really good as well. Awesome everything! The food was too good to photograph (just about managed the deep fried cheesecake), the espresso martini... with Bailey?s (as they were out of the chocolate martini and our waitress suggested this) was too yummy to stop drinking for thephotograph.
