Food is typical wendy's, however, I dont know how they call this fast food. We stood in line, which was just us in line, and it... took at least 30 minutes to have them come to take our order. If I could give zero...I would. We placed our order on the app. Got into the lobby, waited about 10 mins to give the mobile code... to the counter. Waited another 15 for our order. The dining room was filthy...I mean gross. So there was a long list of foodthey were out of on the door. By the time we got to the counter, they were out of choc and vanilla frostys too. Got our order,no napkins, so I asked for some...reply was" so, we are actually out of napkins" so I asked for a paper towel, piece of paper,sponge...anything...she gave me a few pieces of paper towel????(Kent's is right down the road, I'd have sent someone to getnapkins, tomatoes etc) They were out of cup lids???? Thought I'd use the restroom....yea, major ceiling leak, right over thetoilet. Doors were locked 30 min before closing and the workers and manager kept getting mad that customers were letting other customers... in. We ate outside and had to walk all the way around the place to get the sauce and fries they left off our order. Then goingin to use the bathroom you'd think it was the end of the world. Heaven forbid I have to use the bathroom at a place I just spentmoney at! If you close the dining room at 9 pm then close it at 9 pm. You'll be there for 1 more hour working your drive thru! Service was prompt and friendly. My order was ready while I was getting napkins, condiments and utensils. My Southwest Salad... tasted fresh. I didn't even open the package with the dressing. I liked the creamy avocado so much, I didn't want other flavors.I ended up eating the healthier version, I guess. The fries were crispy. Everything was very enjoyable. They didn't have coffeethough. While in their dining room, I had an uncomfortable feeling I was being watched/observed but luckily I have no issues toreport. The women's restroom was clean and well stocked. Read more

Oh my. My experience was not that good. They didn't seem to know what they were doing very well. It took 30 minutes for the lady... to take our order after we had already waited in line for 20 minutes. They had just gotten 3 big family orders, but I guess theyare not very capable of handling those kind of situations.
