Nice place with great service and delicious food. My wife had the lobster tail and tenderloin and I got the tenderloin tips and... shrimp combo. Steaks were tender and delicious. The problem is the pricing and the portions. A salad bar does not make up having to pay so much for a meal that consists of only... five little potatoes and seven ounces of beef that tasted good, but was not high enough quality to be considered ?fine dining.?If it was based on having an experience, it was truly lacking, but the view was breathtaking and probably the best part of thenight besides the company. But if someone takes the time to make a reservation, they should be able to choose where they sit. Iwill probably not be returning. Also, even though they mentioned it and reminded people of distancing, there was no enforcementof it as the place crowded and the people in line to the salad bar were less than a couple inches between each other. First time at Sullivan's, it was recommended by friends. The views and friendly service were the high points; Nikki was super... nice and helpful. For the most part, the food and drinks were good. However, when there's an up charge for "fresh mushrooms" onyour steak, I am not expecting to get canned mushrooms. I'm sure we'll be back again at some point, but not something I'm goingto make special plans for. Read more
Sullivan's is a classic old supper club that is getting very dated. When you walk in it has that musty smell. It needs a good... remodel. The salad bar was very good with the usual items. I had the rib eye and was fine, cooked correct. My wife ordered thebeef tips and stated that they tasted old. The baked potatoes were excellent. We were there on a "manic" Monday which ment wereceived a free bottle of California wine. The place was totally booked for a Monday. The best part of the evening was the icecream drinks, fabulous. The view was gorgeous, unfortunately the food was nothing great to talk about. Took the wife somewhere we haven't been to in... years. Was looking forward to some great seafood. Shrimp over cooked, scallops were small and few and the salad bar was barelyok. Great if you loved wilted lettuce for your salad. Want good seafood head to Red Lobster or Diggers. Food was exceptional per usual. Service was phenomenal. The place is always clean. Salad bar is kept up, wiped up and always... fresh. Prices are reasonable compared to all other places. I would highly recommend Sullivan's to anyone. If one wants adelightful dinner with a scene of the busy travel of barges delivering or picking up on the Mississippi River You get the optionof sitting outdoors on the patio or indoor dining with their beautiful Irish decor, it's the place to be. Best food in the area! Make sure to make reservations and save room for dinner after their awesome salad bar. It is on the... pricey side for the areas but it?s so worth it for the quality and amount. We tried the crab spinach artichoke dip - would getagain! Any of the seafood is great, I always get scallops. Read more
Great supper club vibe! Great view on the deck! Food was delicious! Bourbon old fashioned was fantastic! Highly recommend!!
