Usually pretty slow service. Customer service is hit or miss depending on workers. Using the app is pointless, it took 28... minutes to get my food. On top of that I didn?t get all of my food. Food is usually hot. Read more

Don't eat here if your expecting good service or food. This place didn't have any thing the food my sister ordered was raw and... not cooked fully. It took a long time for them to get my food out and they forgot about my drinks as well. Read more
Chelsea and Ashley are always amazing. They are always willing to make me fresh coffee no matter when I go in. They truly... understand customer service. There are a couple of other people who are good as well but these to are the best. Plus the coffeeis really good. Read more
I go here a lot, only because it's so close to my house. But there is almost always a long wait inside or at the drive through.... What really makes me mad is when I sit in line for 15 +/- minutes for a frappe or ice cream and they tell me the machine isdown. I can't even began to count how many times that has happened to me. The food is okay as far as McDonald's food goes, butthey don't qualify as "fast food " by my expectations. If you have an extra 20 minutes to sit in line and waste gas, then youwill probably be satisfied stopping here. I have honestly driven 10+ minutes to Chiefland McDonald's to get something that Iwas craving. Because this place irritated me so badly by saying our machine is broken again. I wish the owner would buy newmachine's and work on faster service. No complaints about the food or how nice the employees are. That part has been good sofar. Read more

My burger was cold and raw, fries were cold and the ?sweet tea? was anything but sweet, tasted like water. Absolutely disgusted... by the burger that was served to me. This is not the first time I?ve had an issue at this location, several times with foodeither not being cooked all the way or way over cooked. Will NEVER be returning to this location. Hopefully they figure out howto cook food so no one else gets sick. Read more
