I attempted to eat here the other day. I saw a family go in and come right back out. After going in myself, I saw that all... tables that weren't seated with the few customers were still covered in dirty dishes. There was only one employee working. Theinside and outside was very run down and dirty. The only reason I tried going here was the recent review saying it was undernew management and was a good place to visit now. This review was clearly fake or they had never been to a decent restaurantbefore. It would be wise to avoid wasting your time here if you like to have good experiences. Read more
There were only two employees working when we went in. I still felt very welcomed. Food options were great and we didn't wait... long at all! I especially loved that the chef/cook sang while he made up our burgers and melts!! It was delightful. The food camout delicious and not too greasy. The tots were amazing!! This place is like a second home. I always feel welcomed here. The new guy running the show just doesn't stop. Never seen anyone... wanting a place to succeed like him. He's always kind, courteous, and engaging. Now, I have to admit sometimes he's like aone-armed paper hanger. So busy trying to get everyone taken care of. He's also done a great job of getting the place cleaned upfrom where it was before. To the food... I've not had a bad meal yet; mostly breakfast but it's always been fresh and hot comingout to the table. Tasty too. This manager is trying to build a crew to support his efforts. Worst experience ever!! We have been daily customers for a couple of years. Owner won't fix things and refuses to order to stock... the restaurant. Today was a day they should have been closed. Only drinks to offer were coffee, tea and juice. Ordered juiceonly to be told when they brought my husband coffee juice is out. My husband ordered what he has ordered for the longest time...food brought and veggies were not cooked. Overhead manager telling people they were out of this and out of that. Multiple timesduring our visit manager said things were back ordered.... no the owner refuses to order items needed to operate. This HuddleHouse is a joke. Could be a great place but will never improve with the current owner and management. Won't get another penny ofmy money until something changes! Read more
Took 15 min just to get drinks. Ordered our food and took even longer i had my grandson with me and they didn't bring his food... out until we had ours for 10 mins just a overall HORRIBLE service l. It's just as bad as it was before new management tookover. Food was good. Service sucked. WONT GO BACK . Read more
A neighborhood place to have breakfast and lunch. We stopped here for breakfast and it was a much better choice over the regular... fastfood staples. Waitress was friendly. We were the first ones there when they opened so service was fast. A number of peoplecame in later on so it looks like a popular place. Cuisine is a typical American breakfast. Parking is adequate. The restaurantis small. It may seem a total of 20 or 25 people. Read more
Establishment was fairly nasty floors had not been swept ceiling had not been maintained it was dirty ..very loud place. place... actually looks old enough that it would need to be torn down and rebuilt but a little cleanliness will go a long way didn't getthe order right waitress was very attentive didn't make up for everything else it was wrong Read more
We came in from out of town Thanksgiving morning and there were only 2 people working. The waitress and the cook. The did a... phenomenal job !!! They were so busy and yet they handled everything with a smile. They need a raise ! Definitely a greatexperience Read more
