It took 45 minutes, not an exaggeration, to get nasty food. NEVER again! We were so fed up with waiting and watching cars pull... out after us with their food that my husband went inside to get our money back so we could just leave, but they said they wereputting our order together now and to just wait. Visiting the area and thought we could try this place! Never been to one!! Well, I'm definitely NOT coming back. No warm... greeting (nor one at all!). Employees seemed reluctant to work, and were slow paced. (I understand staffing issues and such, butthere is such a thing as a professional demeanor with customers. After we ordered we went to sit to wait on our food. We werethe only ones in the dinning area. It took a bit for our food to come out. And I was sub-par, at best! Not impressed. The''beef patties" or whatever looked gross. The chicken breading slipped right off as I was eating it!! I was really lookingforward to the chili cheese tater tots. I immediately could taste the canned chili taste. And the tots had no crunch. Beyonddisappointed. Then, as we ate, we looked around. Dirty tables, floor, drink area... and the girls in the back were on theirphones with no orders up. THEN my husband pointed out the vents. FILTHY!!! Read more
Not a fan. I have not had food poisoning in forever and when I got home it was the worst I?ve ever felt and it was without a... doubt food poisoning. Definitely don?t plan to ever go back or at least the one in Trenton. Read more

Krystals is and always had been one of my favorite places to eat. Cheese Krystals are the krispy kreme of burgers. This was my... first time at this location. Service was slower than usual but they were friendly. Waiting a while would have been fine if theBurgers came out hot. But they were barely warm. I was staving so I didn't want to wait and have then make more. They tastedgreat as usual. Just wish they had been hotter. Id still come back to this one if I'm in the area. I'll just ask them to makesure they are hot. I wouldn't mind waiting for them. They are worth it ???? Read more
