Called to place a pick up order. Asked for a meat lovers type pizza I was told they are not Pizza Hut and corrected me saying... the have a 3 meat and 5 meat. Ok cool no biggie. I finishing up my order but before i could give the coupon the DUDE HUNG UP! Hewas rude the moment he picked up the phone. I was like I get it we all have those days but I sat and thought like you don?t needto be rude if you DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND A NEW ONE! I come here every week and I?ve never had an issue with the pizza or Italian bread. They got some young adults working but I see... nothing wrong with that. The young associates where respectful, and professional. I would recommend trying the food if youhaven?t yet. Read more

At night they are not helpful at all, and there is never enough hot and ready. They try to stop making food way to early before... closing. Read more

Walked in and ordered a thin crust pepperoni, was told 15 minutes. About 5 minutes later the pizza came out. Piping hot and... completely undercooked, not even close to being done... Inedible, had to throw it in the trash.. That's twice in as many monthsthis has happened.. Read more

Rude little shi**, absolutely no customer service skills at all. I have no problem with teenagers running the whole place COOL,... but atleast be personable. Also the deep dish is square not oblong or oval, they must have failed geometry. I wouldn't have evencared about the shape but it was honestly like someone just put sauce on a loaf of bread. Every time I go there my family receives an attitude because we have a bread stick card the football card that states you can... receive 2 orders of crazy bread with the purchase of a hot and ready. We always get 2 pizzas and ask for both. Everytime I callmy order in I let them know I have the football card and I will bring it and show it. When I get there to pick up my order herewe go got to fight to get the crazy bread. Well they only have 1 it will be a 15 min wait on the second. I called it in. Is thisa common sense issue?? We have had been noticing a decline in taste for a while or quality..but this was the worst..we were excited to get us the new...
