Halfway through ordering, the woman taking my order huffed at me. Got to the window and she opened the window, didn?t say... anything at all, and huffed at me. I handed her a gift card and two dollars. She closed the window, fussed at a coworker, putthem on headset, and then opened the window and handed my food out. She sat there staring at the screen, and then asked if Iwanted my (now empty) gift card back. I said no, and then she told me to have a good day and looked at me in a threatening way.I assumed she wasn?t going to give me my <$1 change back, and told her to have a good day too. She could?ve been dealing with amessed up computer, but I was not in any way rude to this woman and don?t feel like I did anything to deserve her rude attemptat customer service. She didn?t give me a receipt (or change) so I?m not sure of her name. All of the items were in the bag, butI wasn?t satisfied with how this lady ran her drive thru. Read more
The kitchen area looked to be the cleanest Taco Bell kitchen I've ever seen!! The employees were very friendly. I didn't wait... too long for the order to be done. The dinning area needed a bit upkeep, but they seemed a bit busy. One of the items we got wasthe Grilled Cheese Burrito, but didn't like how greasy it was. Read more
I went to drive threw, ordered nachos and a chicken taco. Nachos were stale and taco was cold. I took nachos back and got a... refund and choked down my taco because I was so hungry. I have always been pleased with a quick Taco bell...not this one???? Read more
James, with the pony tail and glasses was the worst person i have ever encountered in any service place. we had four mobile... orders, and when we told him, he cursed and seemed angry that we had ordered food. i made sure to tell him to not be rude whenpeople are paying to eat, and he proceeded to tell us he was trying to be funny. it wasn?t funny and never will be. worstexperience i?ve ever had, and i?ve had a lot of bad experiences. have a good day. If I could give 0 stars I would. Used their app to order and pay. When I got there they said they didn't have my order. Showed... ready on app. Kid at window would not even try to help. Btw could not go inside to talk to anyone because the doors were lockedbecause they are to lazy to clean front and make everyone use drive thru instead. They stole $19 from me. Never ever! Do they get our order correct!! && normally I?m not even one to complain but dang every time we order from there it... never fails, they mess our whole order up and leave stuff out!!!! The chicken Power Bowl was choc full of all of the ingredients that are listed on the menu. We went on a Saturday late... afternoon around 4pm with only two other customers at the restaurant. The ceiling tiles around the ducts were encased in dirtand the majority of the tables were not clean. The employees promptly requested our orders. Read more
Not a big Taco Bell fan. But I was very impressed. Really good food and service. Good job people!
