Coin flip as to whether their dining room is open or not. No other Wendy's in the area seem to have these problems.
My food was good but my BF got baconater fries and they tasted like pure grease.
Poor food quality. Hardly any ketchup or mustard on the burger and it was very dry. Meat looked like a hockey puck. Bread was... stale. And the coke didn't even have a coke flavor. Not pleased at all. Read more
They have almost never (in 16 years) been able to get an order completely right. We are always missing fries or a sandwich or... the wrong drinks. Even ordering through the app is not helpful. So we always wait at the window and check all of the bags to besure we got everything. The food is usually fresh and most of the staff in the drive through are friendly. Read more
Girl at drive thru was a little overwhelmed and it came out in her voice. She was being criticized by 2 other employees that... were probably 30+years younger than her. I asked about the sizes of chili and it was a TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT! WHAT THE HELLHAPPENED TO A LARGE CHILI???? So portions are smaller AND COST MORE! Wendy's food is usually pretty good but it's the staff that makes it or breaks it. The staff currently at Wendy's is pretty... good. They are young and pretty tight as a team and they stayed busy. Yeh man..a good experience. Read more
After a long work day, I paid $7.68 for cold fries & a carelessly wrapped chicken sandwich that only had ketchup on it. Mistakes... are easy to make so I went through the drive thru again. I asked for hot fries, not full again.... The employees barelyacknowledged me, didn't apologize nor ask what else I needed. The employees weren't rud, but seemed to lack understanding on howto serve customers. After wasting my $ and time, my family will not return to Wendys. Read more
