Completely unprofessional service staff. I am not sure whether any service staff was given any training on customer service. ... One staff member was wearing a hoodie and mask and looked like a bank robber. Customers are not taken care of in order. Too muchcommotion and yelling. Read more

Honestly, I always forget this gem sits on Rt 33. The food is always good and the management works hard along side their... employees. Due to staffing shortages there is a bit of a wait at times but it is worth it. Highly recommend. Read more

I tried the "grilled" nuggets. It's a no go for me. They're more like little pieces of microwaved roast chicken breast with... too much pepper. The portion they give you for an order is only enough to make you mad, lol... In order for them to really begrilled, they need to have skin on them and actually be grilled on a grill. Ditch this experiment Boston Market. You haveenough good food on your menu that many folks won't miss them. The staff is very nice here though. Read more

Meh.. it is what it is. The food is never something to write home about. The customer service from the young dude at the counter... was nice though. I used a birthday reward and he asked when my birthday was and wished me a happy belated birthday. I'llprobably go to BM once every six months or so. Read more

I normally do not complain but your company provided me such a nasty experience on Thanksgiving that I haven't seen from any... other company. I was dumbfounded by how poorly managed this place has become. I ordered my food days in advance and was giventime to pick it up. I expected to have to wait a little while because I figured it would be busy but what I saw was ridiculous.Your company had the audacity to make two separate long lines to take orders & complete them from people just ordering at thetime. While not completing the orders that were done in advance. The orders done in advance should have been ready to go. Theyhad nothing ready. People who ordered ahead were waiting up to 3 hours in line. I was told I can cancel my order with a I don'tcare attitude. All while they continue to fill new orders ahead of preorders. Greedy! Some stayed desperate because most placeswere closed. I left and had to figure out how to get food. I was lucky enough to find another place still open that was busy butmanaged correctly. Ordered multi turkey dinners waited about 20mins and they brought it out to my car. It was also notexpensive. Boston Market almost ruined my Thanksgiving. This was very disappointing and unacceptable especially when there areother places that can do it just fine. There is a level of trust that companies should have to be able to offer such importantHoliday meals and Boston Market does NOT deserve that trust.
