Sad to see how prices are going up but the quality and quantity of food is going down. You can really tell when food businesses... are getting more and more frugal or cheap. Cutting corners. The picture of my pizza says it all. Taste of the dough and sausagewas disappointing. Brothers has gone down big time.. Even charged me extra and gave me the wrong item. I feel we need to find agood pizza place in Hamilton or just make it yourself at home. It is less disappointing. Well, You are charging me extra evenif food prices have gone up, so how is it of any loss to you? So why provide such a poor product where the sauce, cheese andmeat are meager? you used to be better, just not the same experience now. Read more
We have stopped by Brothers' Pizza in Hamilton for a take-out, on a busy Friday night. The parking was filled to the brim with... some customers having to double park their cars - it attests to the restaurant's evident popularity and good reputation earnedby hard works in the last 40 years (one year shy). When we got home to enjoy our pizza, we understood why the place is sopopular. It was arguably the best pizza we ever had. Our white pie ("Gennaro's favorite" featuring ricotta and mozzarellacheeses, arugula and delicious prosciutto) was cooked to perfection, our specific requests ("thin crust") was followedprecisely, the pizza wasn't oily and the toppings felt just right. We will definitely order from Brothers' Pizza again and willalso dine in soon. Read more
Ok slice not my favorite but we order 2 Sicilian slices as well and their cold in the middle at 345 when it's dead inside is... unacceptable. 9/29/2022 around 345. Stopped to grab 4 slices while tires were being rotated next door. Read more

Stopped here because we were in the area and wanted Italian. Chicken Francese was amazing! Will definitely be back!!
