As a patron of 20+ years, it saddens me that their food within the last year has gone to my "go to place" to now, a solid, "no... thank you". Had two slices of sausage yesterday and it reminded me of Tostino's microwave pizza. Just awful that i threw away mysecond slice. Not sure if it has changed hands within the last year, however the food has become terrible. No consistency, theirbuffalo chicken pizza as of late is awful, and their sausage pizza was terrible. Things have changed, and not for the better. I've been going here for 45 years. I grew up around the corner and it is one of... our family rituals to visit Brothers when we return for a visit. That ritual is dead. The owner's son is absolutely therudest, most ignorant "business person" I have ever met in any country. He hates his customers. He is especially mean andnasty to old people. He talks bad about the customers in Spanish and Italian, but some of us do understand. Such a shame, Tomshould fire his son. The kid is too entitled. I witnessed him berate a customer in front of everyone because he didn't like theway he placed his order. That customer told him he will never come back and neither will we. I just ordered this tuna hoagie. It is unbelievably horrible. We have been Brother?s fans and patrons for over 25 years. We love... their food. This sandwich? The WORST. It has barely a dollop of tuna, no lettuce or tomato and no option to choose that althoughthe picture shows that and a hoagie? Come on.
