Pizza was EXCELLENT customer service was great too
I do not recommend them whatsoever. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers two sides of fries and chicken tenders and six wings.. I... ordered dinner at 7:14 p.m. dinner did not come until 8:45. the food was cold wet soggy floppy and had no taste. I'm a frequentcustomer never once had a problem with their food until tonight. I called up nicely and spoke with the manager and nicelyexplained my situation and the manager got downright indignant with me and told me that I was not getting a refund and that Ineed to just deal with it. and then he proceeded to start cussing at me. even though I was being respectable to him. I didn'traise my voice or lose my patience with him. all I told is that I'm sorry but you now lost a frequent customer. and he wasreported to the bbb. they need to watch their behaviors and their attitudes to their customers because not many people are goingto put up with this. My son?s college baseball team was playing at the stadium nearby and I wanted to provide an after game snack for the team.... Unfamiliar with the area, I looked for reviews of pizza places nearby. Devito?s seamed like the best option. They were amazingand made placing the order of 25 pizzas incredibly easy. They called to check on a delivery time during the game and had thewarm pizzas waiting for the boys when the game was over. I even received a follow up call to make sure everything was okay.Phenomenal customer service and the boys said the pizza was delicious. Read more
Devitos my fav pizza place pizza was awsome only thing is all the seats were fully covered with empty pizza boxes so I couldn't... eat in I had to go to the park a block away so didn't think about taking a pic of pizza. not sure it could be for covid safety.Thankz keep up the good work be back again for more :) Read more
Great price for a great size pizza. Definitely if you're low on some cash an XL Plain is the way to go. Cheesesteaks are great... too. Bread is soft, its from Italian People's so you know its high quality stuff. They take a little long to make the food, butjust a regular size and anything related to a cheese steak hits the spot.always ordering from here, I like other pizzerias but Ialways crave Devito's end of day. Really disappointed, not like back in the 2009-12 days. The pizza was hot but dry (no grease) and fried Oreos were burnt and... filled with more air then oreo. I'll hold onto my memories next time instead of eating there, Covellos 4 stars Read more
Cheese steak and pizza were terrific! The owner is hospitable and humble. Cheese steak, small pie, and three waters cost $18.... You can't beat it. I will definitely be back. Read more
