Had a string of absolutely terrible general managers for a bit but everything is coming around. Got a couple large three topping... pizzas and the quality was top notch. Old review from 2020: This location is horrible. We order for delivery and every time it takes over an hour to delivery when... they claim ?out for delivery? and when we try to pick up the order ourselves they claim it?s ready and it isn?t when we arrive.This is on weekends and weekdays, so it?s not even like it?s because they?re extremely busy. It seems like they areunderstaffed. A delivery place needs more than 1 driver. I don?t know if they?re just cheap and don?t want to hire people or noone wants to work there. Update on 07/12/22: I recommend only ordering pickup from this place as there seems to be differentstaff and they have the food ready on time. I ordered a pepperoni and got plain. There?s no way you can get good delivery later at night in this area.
Just ordered the pizza and the pasta bowls wasn?t all the way done I was missing a drink and this is what the cookie brownies... looked like they they delivered they when I called and complained the girl that answered the phone had an attitude and wouldn?tgive me her name and she kept being nasty I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THE COOKSTOWN/WRIGHTSTOWN STORE NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! This is the absolute slowest, worst customer service domino's I've ever order from. I order a medium pizza and cinnamon twist... around 530 was told I'd have a 45 to 50 minute wait okay cool not to terrible and i had nothing going on...2 hours later i tryand call and no one answers the phone for 12 minutes. I hang up and call back again 3 minutes later a lady answers and tell methe driver just left and should be bringing my pizza. 35 minutes later still no pizza so i call again and have been on holdsince. Good thing i don't live hear I'm never ordering from that domino's again. Read more
Update 02/09/21: this location has really stepped it up and continuously provided well made pizza lately. Customer service has... also greatly improved. Keep doing what you are doing!! I'm increasing my ratings. Well deserved. Used to love ordering fromthis Domino's. It's been going downhill lately. Anywhere from receiving wrong item, cold food, to waiting 1 1/2 hours fordelivery when told it would be 30 minutes. Several times the tracker showed delivered 5 to over 15 minutes before actualdelivery. The employees are friendly but have an "oh well" attitude when issues are raised. Read more
The majority of the employees customer service is below mediocre. I always order the Alfredo bread bowl. I don?t know if it?s... their oven or if their using new dough but I ordered this twice and both orders were undercooked.... #wasteofmytime Read more
