Kenneth had me on hold for an hour plus after he took my order online i called because the app never said it was done after... 45min of waiting . I called and was on hold for another hour . This store is lacking the other i went in the store no one hadhair nets or gloves on . They were dripping sweat & also the guy Kenneth fingernails had dirt in them when he was making pizzaso i left and canceled my order . This store needs help . And shame on the CEO or who ever managed and running the store for notnoticing and stepping up i can't imagine how much money this store is missing out on . I usually get good service and food from here? with my last visit, the service was ?meh? and the food was hideous. I ordered the... food and drove to pick up (20 mins), then waited for my food to be made because the employees weren?t doing anything (15 mins),then they messed up my order and had to make it again (another 15 mins). They refunded me and gave a plain pie for free whichwas cool, but I never got my order filled because they kept messing things up and missing things. I updated my phone number, they still called the old number, claimed the order was delivered on the tracker. Then when I called... the store the person I spoke with said the driver went back to the store and I had to wait another 30 minutes for the order toactually be delivered. My only question is WHY DIDNT THE DRIVER GET OUT THE CAR AND RING THE BELL? I guess that means they'dACTUALLY have to do their job ! Disappointed. Read more
"Welcome to Domino's " I hear as always when I open the door . As I walk to the register Cris Lee Smiled and politely asked for... my order told me it will be a few minutes next thing I know I see a nice extra crispy just like I ordered pizza come out.
