I order through Uber eats daily and lately the order is incomplete or incorrect and they have not answered my call for... weeks...today in the bag was cream and sugar and no coffee and again they don't answer the phone... Had a good first experience. However my second time I felt I was taken advantage of. I mistakenly bought decaf coffee which I... thought was hazelnut due to the color and was in a rush my first visit. So I cam back the next day to return them with receipt.I was told they couldn't take food item due to covid, which was fair but then I was allowed to exchange them for regular coffeeand k cups. Which is nice, but they put the ones I tried to return back on the shelves, so what was the problem with giving me arefund since they didn't have hazelnut? Couldn't have been covid. I left cause I didn't wanna cause trouble or make it awkward ilike to avoid situations like this. Just surprised cause I heard them speak I think Arabic or something so I assume maybemuslim, and surprised they would treat a fellow Muslim or any human with such dishonesty and lack of understanding over moneyespecially since islam teaches good buisness ethics. But regardless of if they are muslim or not, a human should treat a humanfairly, it wasn't a crazy experience which is why I gave a 3 star but the deciet is sad. I guess money does change people. Iprobably won't go back because of this. I feel wierd. They did make a great hot latte though. Read more
Dunking donuts on Nottingham Way in Hamilton has nice people working there but I just picked up my gf ice coffee in which there... was suppose to be creamer in it and there was none and the coffee had to be the bottom of the pot cuz it was burnt...it's allthat could be tasted !!!! First time at this location & I won't be back. The cashier, Mervat, wasn't very friendly & the coffee wasn't at all as good as I... normally get it... Probably because they just dumped all the syrup in the bottom of my cup. Read more
The older man working there is rude. I try to avoid this location because he's also unsanitary. He coughs and picks his nose at... the register. This is the only Dunkin on my way to work but I'm officially never going again after today. Read more
