I just came from this DD and it was horrible! I asked for an ice coffee and a tomato pesto sandwich. The ice coffee was overly... sweet and the sandwich was just thrown together. I have been to many DD and this was the most horrible experience. The worstpart of it is when I went back to the window to let them know, the manager/owner ( older Indian guy) told me that I needed tolearn how to place an order instead of asking me how he can correct the order. I like this Dunkin' Donuts for convenience but I pass it to go to the other Dunkin' Donuts by IHOP the reason I passed this... Dunkin' Donuts is they're always short staff so that means they're not always open and when they are open. Crazy long line. Asked for cold brew. They got the order wrong and we asked them to correct it and they sent back out the exact same coffees.... Cold brew is more expensive but they gave us regular iced coffee instead. Scam. Read more
Good Evening, It's regretful I have to leave a negative review, especially for Dunkin as it's one of my favorites. I was... passing through town for a business conference and drove thru early one morning. The young lady with the braids and freckles atthe window was incredibly crass and rude. She was not wearing a name tag. My hot tea was leaking like crazy and she refused tooffer any assistance. I've never experienced such poor customer service. Again, I regret I have to write this, but I've justnever experienced this level of rudeness.
