I like Dunkin, but I can honestly say, that they shouldnt let people stand around inside waiting for the bus. They take up... space. Or customers just walking around taking to people. Is it to much to ask for these people just get your coffee and goaway? Read more

Good memory because they know what I want, now, when I come in. Only real issue is you will be asked for money or to buy someone... a coffee at the door outside. I don?t mind doing a good deed because people have helped me and I believe in paying it forward.However, I don?t have the means to give money or feed everyone standing there. People aren?t asked to leave because it?s also abus stop so it?s hard to tell right away who is whom. Read more

I is a hard place to work but people still work there good job
I think the staff needs to be retrained. The store is located downtown Trenton and resides in black and Latin community.... Sometimes the cashier's behave in a matter that seems judgemental. I am a well groomed educated well spoken African Americanand I got the impression that the staff was fearful of me. I tried to break the uncomfortable silence with small talk and I wasignored. Next two cashier's spoke to each other in Hindi as I was leaving and refused to look directly at me. I don't believethis is cultural I just felt very anxious. I know that where we live there are some characters but not everyone is the same andI'd like to be judged by my character not my skin color or what city I live in. Not always my experience but sometimes. I don'tknow if this is a privately owned business and was purchased from a franchise but I will contact corporate office if it have to.The employees at this establishment represent Dunkin doughnuts and should treat customers in a friendly courteous matter untilforced to do other wise. I just ordered a muffin toasted with extra butter. The muffin is old and crumbly and it wasn?t toasted but rather microwaved.... Older woman not in uniform sitting on a chair behind the counter.
