This is the most convenient location on my commute to work. I was going to give them a negative review and stop going to them... altogether due to placing an order on the mobile app and not getting my money back because the item was out. But I decided togive them another chance because the owner or manager (I'm not sure which) emailed me and apologized. Let me know that he wouldmake sure I got my refund or replacement item. The manager that works the morning shift is always rude and always has something smart to say when the I go thru the drive thru.... I come to this Dunkin? This is the best dunkin donuts in Trenton/Hamilton area. Always super friendly and nice. Every time I go the experience is so... stress free. I know the workers here must get a lot of drama from customers and yet they work double to make sure each customergets a fresh experience. Please treat them nice, imagine what they may be going through. The world would be a better place if weall were more kind to each other. I used the dunkin donuts app to place in the order and pick up via drive thru and the wholeprocess was stress free even though I noticed it was during a busy time for them (around lunch time). I literally drive herepassing another dunkin donuts that's much closer to me just because of the service I receive here. Very consistent and alwayskind. Read more
